Reactivation of Download Links Policy
All download links automatically expire after 30 days or 5 separate download clicks (whichever comes first). Make sure you download your products BEFORE they expire. We STRONGLY suggest that you copy your downloads to a CD or DVD or some sort of external device to protect your purchase(s) because EHD (External Hard Drive) are known to crash easily without warning. It is your responsibility to make backups of your files!
If something drastic happens and you find yourself needing a download links reset, please contact us to request this within 90 days of your purchase so that we may evaluate your needs. You must provide us with proof of purchase by supplying us with your order number and copy of your purchase invoice before any download links will be reset.
We will charge a $5.00 fee for (each) order should you request links to be reset more than once within the allotted time period.
In addition, we charge a $5.00 fee to reactivate (each) expired download link for ALL requests older than 90 days. After 180 days, we will no longer reactivate orders, you must purchase the product(s) once again.
Please note that we cannot guarantee reactivation of download links/files after your initial links have expired. Some files may no longer be available due to time-limited offers or products from designers that are no longer in our store.

All products in this store are digitally delivered and are NOT refundable. If there is a quality issue with a product you have received, please contact us so we can fix the problem. We will work to make the problem right so that you get what you paid for. If we cannot fix the problem, you will be offered a replacement.
Because customers are given multiple times to check shopping cart contents before paying, any double purchase errors are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer a replacement or refund if you have ordered the same product twice in the same order or in different orders. If you are unsure if an order went through because of a site lag or processing difficulty at PayPal, please do not immediately order again. Please contact us so we can look at the payment and cart records to see what has happened.
We are not able to offer price adjustments on previous purchases because of a missed sale or coupon. The price showing in your cart when you check out will be the final payment and will not be adjusted. This store clock works on Eastern Time (EST -06:00). Sale ending dates are always at 11:59 pm EST-6:00 on the date posted.
